dc.description.abstract | Within the last decade, several studies have explored whether there might be a genetic component in hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE) that influences susceptibility to or outcomes following hypoxic-ischaemic injury. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the findings to date from published studies investigating the genetics of HIE. It also highlights some of the challenges faced by researchers, as well as recommendations for future research. | en_US |
