dc.descriptionClinical history : An 11 year old female with severe frontal headache and a history of meningitis since the age of 5 was diagnosed with a optic atrophy and hydrocephalus.
dc.descriptionA ventricular shunt operation was done but the patient diad shortly after the surgery.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Old chronic basal leptomeningitis with fibrotic closure of the foraman of Lushka and Magendie.
dc.description2. Pronunced hydrocephalus.
dc.descriptionDiagnosis: Fibrotic closure of the foramen of Luschka and Magendie.
