Letter from the Diocesan secretary to Mrs M Davidson informing her that the Pretoria Diocesan Trustees are the owners of the property on which the Church of St. John the Baptist has been erected and that there is a condition in the Deed of Transfer that returns ownership of said property to the original owner if the property is used for any other purpose than religious purposes.
