Abstract:

In expanding the roles of Libraries, a joint effort between the Faculty of Humanities and the Department of Library Services initiated a journal publishing and hosting service, called UP Journals that operates on an Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. The Open Journal Systems is an open access publishing platform for journals and offers authors and editors a full range of publishing services.
