Abstract:

This presentation was delivered virtually as a Public lecture at the Durban University of Technology Open Access Week, 20 October 2020, and gives an overview of how to promote Research Data Management (RDM) and RDM tools at an institution. In other words it presents a communication strategy. This is then highlighted with examples of how the University of Pretoria promoted it.
