Abstract:

Pastoral care to homosexual persons and those close to them is discussed from the perspective of George Lindbeck's (1984) theological typologies. The cultural-linguistic model is emphasised, its links to narrative practice made clear, and is explored with the concrete situation of homosexuality in mind. A case study is presented and the development of the pastoral-therapeutic process on a narrative basis is described.
