dc.description.abstract Bad government and management of the concerns and resources of the state have led to political turmoil and an economic crisis in Zimbabwe. The poor employment and living conditions have caused an ever-increasing volume of economic migrants to move to the countries surrounding Zimbabwe. They enter South Africa on the assumption that food and employment are readily available. en
