Abstract:

'n Bespreking oor die geskiedenis van die vroeëre kerke in Pretoria en die klok van St. Alban’s Katedraal sluit ook 'n gepubliseerde gedig in. Die verskille tussen horlosies, klokke en uurwerke word uitgewys.

A discussion of the history of the early churches of Pretoria and the history of the bell of St. Alban’s Cathedral includes a poem. The differences between clockworks, bells and clocks are pointed out.
