Bespreking van die kerke op Kerkplein en die sloping van die kerktoring, asook die geskiedenis van die kerkklok van die Ooskerk. Verdere besprekings handel oor genealogiese inligting ontvang. Die program van die Gerard Moerdyk Gedenklesing op 4 Maart 2004 word ingesluit.
 
In discussing the history of the bell of the Pretoria East church, information on the churches of Church Square and the demolition of the tower is included. Genealogical information is discussed, and a program of the Gerard Moerdyk Memorial Lecture of 4 March 2004 is included.
