National will with specific reference to the RSA

Abstract

There is relatively little research on the concepts of 'political will' and 'national will'. These topics have, however, drawn significant media attention recently because of the international coverage given to the war in Iraq, and the political and national will involved in the waging of that war on the part of the United States.
