A poem titled "Adam en de Dieren" (Adam and the Animals) written by Johan Willem Frederik Werumeus Buning (1891-1958) decorated with a coloured woodcut print by Andre van der Vossen (1893-1963) and published by Johannes Enschede en Zonen in Haarlem. The poem was originally published in the book "Enkele gedichten"
Description:
A coloured woodcut of a landscape at night with several animals in the landscape: camel, goat, elephant, giraffe, dog, bull, cow, pig, birds, monkey, donkey, horse, squirrel and two pelicans. Included on paper, is the complete Dutch poem and adding tp the final verses and the publishers' detail.
