Description
Clinical history : A 55 year old male with Gaucher disease and had previously had a splenectomy and is hospitalised due to abdominal pain and nausea.
Autopsy findings : 1. Gaucher disease with liver enlargement.
2. Gaucher infiltration of the bone marrow and lymph nodes.
3. Chronic pyelonephritis.
Diagnosis: Gaucher disease
