Description
Clinical history : A 5 year old female with a 1 month history of vomitting.
The patient picked up Varicella a week before death and fell comatous with CN VII fall out.
Autopsy findings : 1. Ependymoma of the fourth ventricle.
2. Obstructive hydrocephalus.
3. Terminal bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Sebaceous carcinoma
