Description
Clinical history : A white boy 16 years old with unclassified familial genetic abnormality and intellectual disability.
Urinary infection occurred at 12 years and present examination showed chronic renal failure.
Autopsy findings : 1. Renal dysplasia.
2. Under developed mandibula, low lying ears.
3. Low hairline in neck.
4. Infantile appearance of teeth.
5. Cafe aulait skin patches.
Diagnosis: Renal dysplasia
