dc.description.abstractMedical doctors and dentists working in private practice are generally faced with the situation of “no work, no pay”. Although most have some form of indemnity cover to ensure they will receive and income if they are injured or incapacitated, this will be of no benefit if they are unable to work due to non-medical conditions, or for other extraneous reasons such as a lack of patients.en_ZA
