dc.descriptionClinical history : A 47 year old female who underwent a bilateral masectomy for breast carcinoma and later developed an ovarian carcinoma with metastasis in the mediastinal lymph nodes, the visceral percardium with bilateral lymphangititis carcinomatosa in the lungs and bilateral pleural effusion.
