Description
Clinical history : A male patient 48 years of age with hypertension.
Blood tests showed hypocalcaemia alkalosis, raised aldosterone and lowered renin values.
Computer tomography showed a tumour in the left adrenal gland and adrenalectomy was done.
Diagnosis: Cortical adenoma causing Conn syndrome
