Description
Clinical history : A 22-year-old man had right-sided orchidectomy for choriocarcinoma.
Lung and brain metastases developed later and left hemiparesis was present.
Autopsy findings : 1. Metastatic choriocarcinoma in brain, lung and mediastinal lymph nodes.
2. Left sided haemothorax.
Diagnosis: Metastatic choriocarcinoma
