Description
Clinical history : A 41 year old male with chronic alcoholism and liver cirrhosis and died due to a massive hematemesis due to bleeding oesophageal varices.
Autopsy findings : 1. Micronodular liver cirrhosis.
2. Bleeding oesophageal varices.
3. Left emphysema.
4. Bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Micro-nodular cirrhosis following chronic active hepatitis
