Description
Clinical history : A five day-old female baby showed severe cyanosis since birth and died with diagnosis of left heart hypoplasia.
Autopsy findings : 1. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
2. Left renal hypoplasia with severe hydro-ureter.
3. Uterus didelphys.
Diagnosis: Hypoplastic left heart syndrome due to atresia of aortic valve
