Abstract

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: British Shorthorn dual-purpose breed, developed from Teeswater strain in 19th century (Britain).
SIZE: Large.
COLOUR: Red, white and roan.
PURPOSE: Dairy/beef.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Can be horned or polled, and very docile nature. Known for structural soundness, longevity and small calves that are vigorous at birth and easy to raise.

Description

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
