dc.description.abstractThe results of a Heritage Field Academy conducted by the Department of Architecture at the University of Pretoria in conjunction with the 2009 African Perspectives Congress. The field academy focussed on the buildings of the inner city of Pretoria, and the history of the development of the inner city. It also focussed on the various methods that can be used to preserve historical buildings for future generations.en
