Abstract
Description
Clinical history : A 5 year old male with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and was treated with chemotherapy and wwas in remission 1 months after.
3 months after, the patient experienced severe headache and was treated with intrathecal methotrexate and radiotherapy and later went into a semi-coma.
Autopsy findings : 1. Acute lymphoblastoma with nectrosing leuko-encephaly due to treatment.
2. Acute merging hemorrhagic bronchopneumonia.
Diagnosis: Necrosing leuko-encephalopathy due to methotrexane treatment
