Abstract

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Southeast England. One of oldest and purest breeds of English cattle.
SIZE: Medium to large.
COLOUR: Deep red with white tail switch.
PURPOSE: Beef.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Initially produced as working oxen, adaptable to hot climates and poor grazing. Coats become curly in winter.

Description

The colour slides have been scanned with a HP ScanJet 5590 scanner; 24-bit true colour, 600 dpi, saved in JPEG-format. Downscaling was done with Adobe Photoshop.
