dc.description.abstract Whatever method of teaching is favoured by any Science teacher, the experimental facts on which his or her procedure is rounded must be acquired in one or two places. These are the “experimental bench" or the “demonstration table”. In general any student of science had a divison clearly in his mind. At one University, in the Physics Department, a printed Laboratory Note Book was in use for students in the first year. This book was divided into two portions, the one headed Experiments and the other Demonstrations.
